SHA+ services and Immigration Services

Our SHA PLUS Manager will follow up your reservation and will proactively prepare the documents for your COE and will update them in case of needs. We have direct access via web to all your informations regarding the COVID TEST, SHA+ ID and Release Forms.

Also we will register your passport on Immigration Terminal and we will prepare you any documents you need to extend or prepare your visa, to request a certifcate of residence without any fee.

Laundry Service

Our professional laundry service is available at a low rate for all guests of the hotel. All laundry services are handled with the utmost care and convenience. Guests may order laundry service from their rooms with the provided in-room laundry bag and billing list or at the Front Desk. Laundry service is available daily and always with express delivery, the day after.

Motorbike Rental

We have a wide range of vehicles available at great rates, automatic 125cc scooters or bigger bikes, whether you want to rent for just one day or several months just ask to our front desk. If you feel to drive is really a must to visit the Island on motorbike.Usually allowed to drive a motorbikes with a normal driving license.

Free Wifi

We are one of the few Patong hotels to offer free wifi to our guests in their rooms, many other Patong hotels force you to into common areas and lobbies to use the free wifi and charge extra to use the same service in your room. We believe that wifi these days is as essential a utility as water, therefor we don’t charge you for it, regardless of where you want to use it. Please look carefully at the pictures, they are accurate and up to date. Clearly you are not getting a suite for this sort of money, but the rooms are clean, well designed, cool and comfortable.

In-house massage service

Relax. Don't move a muscle. We bring the pampering straight to you. Our services include massages, facials and body treatments – all in the calm and privacy of your guestroom. We'd hate to see you lose your moment of relaxation by having to hail a taxi. Just contact our front desk to book a massage.

Taxi from or to airpot or other destinations

If you need the pick up from airport upon arrival just book it with an email with your flight number, time of arrival and your name. The taxi driver will wait you just outside the airport main exit with a signboard showing your name. You can even book at taxi at our front desk upon your departure or to reach other destinations during your holiday. The prices are usually convenients.
